With every Ford Annual service you will receive SARA (service activated roadside assistance) this includes Home start, relay, roadside assistance and Full recovery anywhere in the UK and Europe, Full terms and conditions available on request.
One of our dedicated service team will promptly contact you by your preferred choice (phone, text, or email) and help you choose a convenient time to carry out any service, repairs, or MOT test for you.
Our service advisor will also see what arrangements you will require during your visit, i.e. collection delivery, lift home or courtesy vehicle, whilst your vehicle is with our Fully Trained Ford Technicians using the latest Ford IDS diagnostic equipment.
We also have a relaxing waiting area and Free tea and coffee facilities available should you choose to wait whilst your vehicles with us. We are also very lucky to be situated in great surroundings, so you can enjoy a nice stroll around the lake or to Loe Bar via the designated paths, or relax with a coffee or light snack in the 'Lakeside Cafe' opposite Flora Motors.
